Good choice! Welcome to Visualize. Once we receive your contract in the office our lovely accounts team will process the paper work and get you onto the system. You will then receive a call from one of our team to discuss your artwork.
What artwork do I send and where do I send it?
We need any photos, company logos, trade logos and text which you wish to feature in your commercial. Additional items like business cards, letter heads, flyers, websites and previous advertisements would also be appreciated to help us get a feel for your brand and business.
Not tech savvy? We love getting post. Using your artwork pack you can send us your artwork and instructions to our offices at Oak House, 317 Golden Hill Lane, Leyland Lancashire, PR25 2YJ.

How long do I have to get my artwork across?
From the date of signing your contract you have 21 days to send your artwork and information across to us. If after the 21 days pass we have yet to receive anything then we will create a proof for you as contractually obliged.
What formats can you work with?
We're easy, our artwork team are able to work with most formats, including but not limited to:
Videos (.mp4, .mkv, external links to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook etc)
Images (.png, .jpeg, .gif, external links to Facebook, Twitter etc)
Documents (.pdf, .doc)
Anything else you can think of!
Please ensure images are as high res as possible and original assets are provided where available.

What if I don't have any artwork to send?
No artwork - no problem. Using their creative know how and a fully stocked image library, our artwork team can create beautiful animated commercials from scratch.
How long will it be before I receive my proof?
Our artwork team are amazing but creating fully animated commercials can take time, so please allow 5 - 10 working days from us receiving your artwork to getting your proof back.
When will my advert go live?
First things first, have you approved your artwork? We don't put artwork live until approved by you, the customer.* Most adverts can go live the same or next day of approval depending on the venues it is to be displayed in. Please note: your contracted time will not start until your advert is live on the screen.
Dates may vary from centre to centre.
How do I keep track of my advert and the business it brings me?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide feedback on your advert - but centre specific codes and discounts are a great way to see who's watching and give potential customers an extra incentive to use your services. We've found they have the best record at tracking how many people your advert is reaching!
Another important thing to remember is to keep it fresh. Don't let your advert be forgotten about - keep it up to date with all of your newest events and information. Take advantage of our free and unlimited updates promise.
How many changes / updates can I make, how often can I make them and what is the cost to change my artwork?
Here at Visualize, we understand that as your business changes, your artwork will need to as well. So great news.. from small details to total remakes, all updates and changes to your screen commercial are completely free and unlimited!
Simply email any updates over to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office on 0800 334 5463 to discuss your artwork with one of our team.
One off event? We can create temporary commercials to promote your special events, reverting back to your normal advert once the event date has passed.
How do I get reminders to change my artwork?
Joining our newsletter mailing list is a great way to receive reminders to update your artwork straight to your inbox each month.
Can I use my advert on my website and social media sites?
Of course! We want you to be as proud of your artwork as we are and show it off to the world. All our artwork links are downloadable for you to keep and use.

*We try to give you as much time as possible and do our best to request changes / approval. However if we do not receive anything after so many weeks a 48 hour notice email will be sent before putting the artwork live as contractually obligated.
